Founded in 2019 by Ryan Richards, a former NBA draft pick, and Lee Westbrook, our club stands as more than just a sporting organisation; it's a beacon of shared dreams, collective ambitions, and unwavering community spirit. As a semi-professional basketball club based in South East England, the Kent Panthers are committed to fostering a professional-level basketball presence within the region. Our dedication to community involvement is paramount. We offer a comprehensive development pathway for aspiring athletes, starting from U10s and extending through to our Senior and Veterans teams. Ryan Richards' background as an NBA draft pick infuses the club with unique insights and high-level expertise. Alongside Lee Westbrook, they have cultivated an environment where passion for basketball and community spirit merge seamlessly.
